Why ATI

Power Meets Precision

Rolling some of the world's most demanding alloys takes more than force. ATI combines extraordinary rolling power with precise process control and advanced finishing capabilities to produce high-performance flat products across an exceptional range of alloys, gauges and dimensions.

Power to Work the Hard Stuff

ATI's Hot Rolling and Processing Facility brings extraordinary force and control to difficult-to-work materials. Its advanced roughing capability can process multiple alloy systems while delivering tight gauge and width tolerances across demanding titanium, nickel and specialty-alloy products.

Precision through the Finish

ATI's advanced annealing, leveling, slitting and finishing capabilities deliver the surface quality, formability, dimensional control and coil flexibility demanding applications require.

Bright Anneal: 200 Feet of Finishing Precision

ATI's new bright anneal line combines state-of-the-art temperature and control systems with shorter flow times and the ability to produce thinner, larger specialty coils. Combined with Brackenridge, it gives ATI differentiated coil-finishing capability across titanium, nickel alloys and specialty steels.

From Plate to Titanium Sheet

ATI's rolling capabilities span heavy plate to ultra-thin titanium alloy sheet, giving customers more ways to apply high-performance materials without leaving the ATI system.

Wider. Longer. Thinner.

ATI takes titanium to demanding dimensions, producing high-quality alloy sheet wider and longer than anyone in the industry and in gauges as thin as 0.020 inches. Integrated leveling, annealing, finishing and inspection help deliver the surface quality and dimensional precision aerospace structures demand.

What We Roll

From ultra-thin aerospace sheet to high-strength armor plate, ATI rolled products take shape for the applications they serve. Across titanium, nickel-based alloys and specialty steels, we control gauge, dimensions and finish to put advanced material performance exactly where customers need it.

Meet Our Materials

Precision-rolled to deliver the ultimate in uniformity, strength, and finish across every sheet, strip, and plate.

Rolled Titanium

Strong. Low density. Corrosion Resistant.

We offer a wide range of titanium and titanium alloy flat-rolled products including sheet, strip, foil, and plate in both alloyed and commercially pure grades.

Superior Strength

Our titanium alloys' high strength-to-weight ratio makes them ideal for aerospace applications.

Corrosion Resistant

They also provide outstanding resistance to chlorides and corrosive environments while their excellent biocompatibility has led to their use in implanted medical devices.

Rolled Nickel and Cobalt

Our nickel and cobalt alloys are developed to withstand severe service conditions. These superalloys are usually used at high temperatures or under high stress where stainless steels have inadequate strength and/or oxidation resistance.

Some Ni-based alloys have been designed primarily for use in highly corrosive environments where superior resistance to localized corrosion and stress corrosion cracking is needed.

Rolled Stainless

Our engineered stainless and specialty steels are known for their excellent corrosion and heat resistance.
