Customer Onboarding Process & Documents

To begin the onboarding process, complete the ATI Customer Onboarding form and submit it with the appropriate tax documentation, such as IRS Form W-9 or W-8, to your ATI sales contact.

Please follow the steps below to complete the onboarding process:

1. Open and complete the ATI Customer Onboarding form.

2. Attach the completed ATI Customer Onboarding form and applicable tax documentation, such as IRS Form W-9 or W-8.

3. Submit the completed documents by email to your ATI sales contact.

4. Use the Resources > accreditation and certification links to access additional documentation.
