Supplier Expectations & Supply Chain Policies

Compliance with all Supplier Expectations and Supply Chain Policies is a fundamental requirement of conducting business with ATI. In the event a supplier fails to comply with any of these expectations or policies, ATI reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include, without limitation, suspension and/or termination of engagement with the supplier.

Minimum Insurance Requirements

• Workers Compensation: Statutory
• Employer's Liability: $1M per person; $1M per accident; $1M per disease
• General Liability: $1M per occurrence - bodily injury and property damage
• Automobile Liability: $1M CSL - bodily injury and property damage
• Additional insured via contractual requirement endorsement
